Terms of Service

Welcome to the Kids Christian Fishing Club (KCFC) website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, programs, and services. KCFC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through fishing, mentorship, and faith-based character development.

By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Participation in KCFC programs involves physical activities near water and on boats. Safety is our top priority. All participants must:

• Follow all instructions from Coast Guard-certified instructors and mentors.
• Wear appropriate safety gear, including life jackets, when required.
• Submit necessary parental consent forms and medical waivers before participation.
• Adhere to our "Safety First" protocol at all times.

All donations made to KCFC are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. As a non-profit organization, we generally do not offer refunds on donations unless a clerical error has occurred. If you believe an error has been made, please contact us immediately at Gary@kidschristianfishingclub.org.

In no event shall Kids Christian Fishing Club or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
